        Bug 522269 - Evince windows sometimes incorrectly unmaximized,
        caused by missing flag initialization

        * gdk/x11/gdkwindow-x11.c (set_initial_hints): Initialize
        top-level private flags correctly.  Patch by Danny Baumann.
